About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex IT projects from initiation through completion. Your primary focus will be to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of project management methodologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to coordinate resources, mitigate risks, and ensure project objectives are achieved effectively.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (highly desirable)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and software
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure
- Experience working with diverse teams and managing multiple stakeholders is preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Monitor project progress continuously, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly and transparently.
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately and in accordance with company standards.
- Facilitate effective team collaboration, motivate team members, and resolve conflicts promptly.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learned to improve future project delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in project management.
