Job Role: Full Stack Developer - Google EcoSystem & Web Applications

Job Type: Full Time - Fixed Term Contract - 12 months

Location: Remote

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE.

G4S is a global leader in security solutions, providing trusted security services to many of the world’s most well-known companies. As part of our service, we leverage modern technology to visualize the performance of our contracts, operational teams, and key metrics. We build innovative KPI systems, HSSE reporting platforms, commercial dashboards, compliance tracking systems, automated workflows, web portals, and custom forms to support our clients worldwide.

The Role

We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated Full Stack Developer to join our team. Reporting directly to the Global Program & Development Manager, you will work alongside a talented team of developers to design, build, maintain, and deploy scalable solutions that transform vast amounts of contract data into actionable visual insights, while optimizing workflows and creating efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development & Architecture: Design, build, and maintain custom web portals, dashboards, forms, and workflow solutions across the Google Ecosystem.
  • Data Integration & Storage: Write and optimize queries (using Google SQL) to interact with BigQuery as our primary data store.
  • AI & Advanced Analytics: Leverage the Gemini AI API and advanced AI analytics techniques to extract, analyze, and present deep visual insights from extensive contract and operational data.
  • Workflow Automation: Build and support integrations using JotForm Enterprise (including JotForm Apps and APIs) and Smartsheet APIs to automate reporting and business processes.
  • Collaboration & Problem Solving: Work closely with the team to troubleshoot technical issues, refine existing systems, and continually learn and improve developer processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
