Developer (Node.js Full Stack)
£350/day Inside IR35 | Home office must be Blackpool - travel expected 2-3 times per month to other hubs
Duration: ASAP start - Initial 6 months

Experienced Node.js Developer required in a full-stack capacity - Node.js is used on the back-end on this project, not just front-end. You will be part of a critical public sector delivery team building and supporting high-impact services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop in a full-stack capacity with JavaScript / Node.js heavily used on the back-end
- Build and test system integrations/interfaces including public-facing and internal REST APIs/services
- Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks
- Develop in Linux (RHEL) environments using Git / distributed version control
- Develop in cloud-based environments and support microservices architecture
- Lead or mentor Software Engineers within Agile, multi-disciplinary teams
- Translate business requirements and user stories into technical solutions
- Stakeholder management and engagement with senior stakeholders
- Enhance and maintain codebases developed by other engineers
- Support and improve operational stability, resilience and maintainability of products
