About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our innovative team at Logistex. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a greenfield project, designing and building a modern .NET-based platform from the ground up, with React supporting the front end. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for creating scalable, high-performance web applications that directly influence warehouse automation and logistics operations. Your work will support mission-critical systems used by leading logistics and retail brands, providing real-world impact and visibility. This position is based in Kettering with a hybrid working model, offering flexibility and a collaborative environment where your expertise will shape the future of our technology stack.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and a passion for building robust software solutions. You should have:
- Extensive experience with C# and .NET, particularly .NET Core
- Solid understanding of modern web development practices
- Experience with React, preferably with TypeScript, for frontend development
- Familiarity with RESTful API design, backend architecture, and relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL
- Strong foundation in software engineering principles, including clean code, testing, and maintainability
- Experience working within Agile teams
Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate:

- A proactive approach
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Design and develop modern web applications with a primary focus on .NET (C#) backend systems.
- Create scalable backend services and RESTful APIs to support frontend applications and integrations.
- Support frontend development using React, with an emphasis on TypeScript to ensure maintainability and performance.
- Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to technical design discussions to ensure robust system architecture.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver high-quality software within specified timelines.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems, tools, and development processes to enhance productivity and system performance.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Engage with operational teams to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications.
