Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and skill sets
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels
- Conducting thorough interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle
- Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop effective recruitment strategies
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience
