The Role
- Maintain, improve, and develop existing web applications
- Troubleshoot bugs and resolve production issues efficiently
- Develop new features, integrations, and APIs
- Collaborate closely with non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements
- Support the transition to a new platform and progressively take ownership of tasks
- Ensure high standards for data integrity, security, and documentation

What You'll Need
- 3-6 years of commercial software development experience
- Strong full-stack development skills
- Experience with a server-side language, a modern JavaScript framework, and SQL
- Proven experience supporting live production systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong ownership of projects
