About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join a product engineering team developing and supporting modern digital services. This is a hands-on engineering role where you will work across the full technology stack, contributing to the design, development, testing, and ongoing support of web applications and digital services. You will work within a multidisciplinary product team and collaborate with product managers, business analysts, designers, testers, architects, and operational colleagues to deliver secure, accessible, and maintainable solutions. The role offers the opportunity to work with modern technologies including React, Next.js, TypeScript, C#,.NET, and Microsoft Azure.
Your responsibilities will encompass designing, developing, and maintaining software components across the entire application stack. You will be involved in creating responsive and secure user interfaces, developing robust backend services and APIs, and deploying applications in cloud environments. The role emphasizes best practices in coding, testing, and deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables and smooth operational performance. Additionally, you will participate in agile methodologies, contribute to technical standards, and utilize AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity and code quality.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a pragmatic approach to software development, a collaborative mindset, and a strong ownership ethic. You should possess:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in full-stack web application development and deployment.
- Practical experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, React, and Next.js, with a willingness to expand Next.js expertise.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET, including object-oriented design and web API development.
- Experience working with relational databases and data access technologies such as Entity Framework Core.
- Hands-on experience supporting applications in Microsoft Azure, utilizing services like App Service, Functions, and Azure SQL.
- Good understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, application security, and accessibility standards.
- Ability to work within modern software development practices, demonstrating problem-solving skills and ownership.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software components across the full application stack, including front-end interfaces, backend services, APIs, and integrations.
- Create secure, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Develop and maintain secure, scalable APIs and backend services using C# and.NET frameworks.
- Deploy, operate, and support applications hosted within Microsoft Azure cloud environment.
- Manage cloud services, databases, source control, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and updates.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.
- Participate in peer code reviews, contribute to engineering standards, and promote best practices within the team.
- Develop automated tests, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, to ensure software quality.
- Utilize monitoring and logging tools to assess application health and troubleshoot issues in live environments.
- Engage actively in agile delivery activities, including planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify potential delivery risks and technical challenges early, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Leverage modern AI-assisted development tools to enhance coding, testing, debugging, and documentation workflows.
- Collaborate with colleagues across technical and non-technical teams to understand requirements and develop practical solutions.
- Share knowledge and support team members in resolving development and operational issues.
