The successful candidate will have a minimum of [X] years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or related fields. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline is required; a master’s degree is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software. Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a keen eye for detail.
