About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join a product engineering team developing and supporting modern digital services.
This is a hands-on engineering role where you will work across the full technology stack, contributing to the design, development, testing and ongoing support of web applications and digital services.
You will work within a multidisciplinary product team and collaborate with product managers, business analysts, designers, testers, architects and operational colleagues to deliver secure, accessible and maintainable solutions.
The role offers the opportunity to work with modern technologies including React, Next.js, TypeScript, C#,.NET and Microsoft Azure.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Design, develop and maintain software across the full application stack, including front-end components, backend services, APIs, integrations and data access.
- Develop secure, accessible and responsive user interfaces using TypeScript, React and Next.js.
- Develop secure and maintainable APIs and backend services using C# and.NET.
- Deploy, operate and support applications hosted in Microsoft Azure.
- Work with cloud services, databases, source control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Write clean, readable, testable and maintainable code.
- Participate in peer reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
- Develop and maintain automated unit, integration and end-to-end tests.
- Use monitoring and logging to understand application health and support live services.
- Participate in agile delivery activities including planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
- Identify and communicate delivery risks and technical issues at an early stage.
- Use modern AI-assisted development tools to improve coding, testing, debugging and documentation workflows.
- Work collaboratively with technical and non-technical colleagues to understand requirements and develop practical solutions.
- Share knowledge and support colleagues in resolving development and live-service issues.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, practical experience, and collaborative mindset. You should have at least three years of professional experience in full-stack web application development, with a proven track record of delivering software into production environments.
Strong practical knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, React, and Next.js is essential, along with a willingness to develop your Next.js skills if needed. You should also have substantial experience with C# and .NET, including object-oriented design and web API development.
Experience working with relational databases and data access technologies such as Entity Framework Core is required. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services like App Service, Functions, and Azure SQL will be advantageous.
Additionally, you should have a good understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, application security, and accessibility standards.
Strong problem-solving skills, ownership of work, and effective communication are vital to succeed in this role. You should be comfortable working within modern development practices and collaborating with diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain software across the full application stack, including front-end components, backend services, APIs, integrations and data access.

- Build and maintain secure APIs and backend services using C# and .NET framework.
- Deploy, operate and support cloud-hosted applications within Microsoft Azure environments.
- Manage cloud services, databases, source control, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous integration and delivery.
- Write clean, efficient, testable, and maintainable code adhering to best practices and standards.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to engineering standards, and promote best practices within the team.
- Develop automated testing suites including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality.
- Utilize monitoring and logging tools to track application health, performance, and troubleshoot issues in live environments.
- Engage actively in agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify potential delivery risks and technical challenges early, communicating them effectively to stakeholders.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance coding, testing, debugging, and documentation processes.
- Collaborate with both technical and non-technical colleagues to gather requirements and develop practical, scalable solutions.
- Share knowledge, mentor team members, and support colleagues in resolving development or operational issues.
