Permanent - Cambridge – £40-45,000
As part of an ongoing digital transformation programme, our market-leading, global organisation is looking for a Junior – Mid level Developer to join their large internal team. As part of a shift to radically modernise their existing technology systems, the organisation is now investing heavily into AI solutions and how this can help drive efficiencies and unlock new ways of working.
Your primary focus will be developing new applications in C#.Net, however, you will ultimately work across the full stack while embedding AI-driven capabilities, including prompt-engineered and data-grounded (RAG-based) solutions, into business applications.

The role is a full-time permanent position and working on a hybrid basis of 3 days a week in the office.
This position would suit a graduate developer who is looking to make their next move from their first position after graduation.
Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- C# /.NET
- Javascript – ideally React.JS / Node.Js
- Any experience working with Azure Devops would be highly beneficial
Future Skills to be learnt whilst at the organisation:
- Bicep (Infrastructure as Code)
- CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions)
- GitHub workflows
- Containerisation (Docker)
- LLM-based solutions (structured prompting, chaining, and output validation)
- Microsoft Azure
- DevOps, Cloud & Platform Engineering
- AI & Modern Development
Core responsibilities:
- Development of C#.Net based Applications
- API development
- System Integrations
- Deploying and configuring IAC pipelines
- Automation of code testing
- Use SQL scripts for data migration
