We are working with a fast-growing technology business that recently secured significant multi-million pound investment to expand its engineering function.
The Role
- Develop and maintain customer-facing platforms used by enterprise brands
- Take ownership of projects from conception to production deployment
- Design Go services and APIs, ensuring distributed systems health in the cloud
- Build automated and regression tests for clean releases
- Collaborate closely with Product teams and partners
- Contribute to a small, cross-functional team of Golang Software Developers

What You'll Need
- Proven experience writing Go in production environments
- Around five years or more of backend engineering experience
- Strong computer science fundamentals, especially with distributed systems
- Expertise in building REST APIs for high-load applications
- Experience working with AWS and Agile delivery methodologies
- Familiarity with API security best practices
- Advantageous: Frontend experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, or Svelte
