About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Asset Management Platform Specialist to join our team as part of the Estates Intelligence division. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the deployment and onboarding of a new client into our Viaverse platform, which serves as the core asset management and operational data system. This role requires a deep understanding of data management, process automation, and asset lifecycle management. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including client stakeholders, technical developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence. The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a transformative project that enhances asset management efficiency and decision-making capabilities for our clients globally.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in asset management systems, data analytics, or platform deployment.
- Strong understanding of process automation, data integrity, and operational workflows.
- Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Viaverse platform or similar asset management solutions is highly desirable.
- Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to project challenges.
Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding process for the new client onto the Viaverse platform, ensuring all technical and operational requirements are met.
- Collaborate with client teams to gather and analyze asset data, ensuring accuracy and completeness for migration and integration.
- Configure and customize the platform to align with client-specific asset management processes and workflows.
- Develop and implement automation routines to streamline transactional processing and data flows within the platform.
- Ensure data integrity, process compliance, and adherence to industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to client teams to maximize platform utilization.
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical teams to resolve system-related challenges.
- Document project progress, system configurations, and operational procedures for future reference and continuous improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, identify opportunities for process enhancement, and ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
