About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior / Lead Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications that meet our clients’ evolving needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver innovative solutions. As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor junior engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes technical excellence and continuous improvement. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 6 years of hands-on development experience, with a proven track record in full stack development. Experience in mentoring or leading junior engineers for at least 12 months is essential. Candidates should have a strong technical background with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, as well as familiarity with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices. A relevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred, though extensive practical experience will be considered equally valuable.
Responsibilities
As a Senior / Lead Full Stack Developer, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Leading technical discussions and making architectural decisions to ensure best practices are followed.
- Mentoring and guiding junior developers, providing code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implementing and maintaining APIs, including RESTful and GraphQL services, to facilitate seamless data exchange.
- Ensuring code quality through rigorous testing using frameworks like Jest or equivalent tools.
- Managing deployment processes and maintaining cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, with a focus on DevOps practices.
- Staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and solutions.
