About The Role

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, or ITIL are highly desirable
- Proven experience in IT support, network administration, or systems management
- Strong understanding of operating systems, networking protocols, cybersecurity principles, and cloud computing platforms
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive attitude
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Prior experience in a recruitment or client-facing role is a plus

- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients
- Ensuring the security and integrity of IT systems
- Implementing new hardware and software solutions

- Conducting regular maintenance
- Managing backups to prevent data loss
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Assisting in the planning and execution of IT projects
- Maintaining documentation of systems and procedures
- Staying updated on emerging technologies to recommend improvements
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
