About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Recruitment Consultant. In this position, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and delivering tailored staffing solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sourcing and engaging top talent. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, contributing to the growth of our client base and enhancing our reputation as a premier recruitment partner.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a consultancy or agency setting. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and social media platforms for sourcing candidates is highly desirable. A proven track record of successfully placing candidates in niche markets or specialized roles will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing strategic sourcing plans to identify and attract top talent across various industries and roles.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Advising clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Conducting detailed candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure a high-quality talent pool.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within the applicant tracking system and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborating with team members to share best practices, develop new sourcing strategies, and achieve departmental goals.
- Participating in business development activities to expand the client base and increase market presence.
