About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Software Developer to join a dynamic and passionate team within a global charity organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in full stack development, with proven experience in building robust web applications. Essential qualifications include proficiency in React, Next.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript, along with solid backend experience using Prisma ORM and SQL databases. Familiarity with designing and implementing RESTful APIs, as well as experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows, is required. Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Effective communication skills are vital for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders across different regions.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services utilizing Prisma ORM and SQL to ensure reliable data management and system performance.
- Create reusable and responsive front-end components using React and Next.js to deliver an engaging user experience across devices.
- Develop and maintain robust APIs to support both front-end interfaces and administrative systems, ensuring seamless data flow and security.
- Translate UX/UI wireframes into fully functional, responsive user interfaces that meet design specifications and enhance usability.
- Implement security best practices to safeguard data integrity and protect the platform from vulnerabilities.
- Optimize system performance through code improvements, database tuning, and efficient API design.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project requirements, user stories, and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Work autonomously within a remote-first team environment, adhering to best practices in version control, testing, and deployment processes.
