Location: Newcastle (Hybrid)
Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 + Excellent Benefits
About Our Client
Our client is a digital consultancy delivering bespoke software solutions for public and private sector organisations. They are looking to recruit a talented Full Stack Developer to join their growing team.
The Opportunity
Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Full Stack Developer to join their expanding technology function. You'll work within a collaborative Agile team, helping to design, develop and maintain scalable solutions while contributing to the technical roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and support high-quality software solutions.
- Work closely with Product Managers, QA Engineers and other technical teams.
- Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code.
- Take part in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and code reviews.
- Identify opportunities to improve application performance, scalability and security.
- Investigate production issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Contribute to technical documentation and engineering best practice.
Skills & Experience
- Commercial experience with React,.NET, SQL Server, Azure, REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of modern software engineering principles.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for technology and continuous learning.
