- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of industry-specific requirements and a keen eye for identifying top talent.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting, screening, interviewing, to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential candidates through networking, referrals, and proactive sourcing techniques.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Conducting behavioral and technical interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS and other HR tools.
- Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to advise clients effectively.
- Participating in employer branding initiatives to promote the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.
