About The Role

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across various levels and functions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and expectations.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and talent availability.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within our CRM systems.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to enhance our talent pipeline.
