About The Role
We are seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team at Logistex. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a greenfield project, where you will be instrumental in designing and building a modern, scalable platform utilizing the latest.NET technologies complemented by React for the front end. Your work will directly impact real-world warehouse operations, automation systems, and logistics processes, powering vital functions for leading retail and logistics clients across the UK. As a key member of our development team, you will collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and operational teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet complex business needs. This position is ideal for a developer passionate about creating robust backend systems, tackling challenging technical problems, and seeing tangible results from their work.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development with a focus on modern.NET technologies. You should have proven experience in building scalable web applications and APIs, along with front-end development using React. Knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, is essential. You should demonstrate a solid understanding of RESTful architecture, best coding practices, and Agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to write clean, maintainable code are crucial. A proactive attitude towards continuous learning and innovation will set you apart.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications with a focus on.NET (C#), ensuring scalability and performance.
- Create and optimize backend services and RESTful APIs to support frontend functionalities and integrations.
- Support and contribute to frontend development using React, with TypeScript experience being advantageous.
- Participate in architectural and technical design discussions to shape the platform's evolution.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver high-quality software on time and within scope.
- Continuously evaluate and improve systems, tools, and development processes to enhance productivity and quality.
- Engage in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
