About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise will be crucial in managing project risks, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Certified Practitioner is highly desirable.
- At least 5 years of experience managing large-scale IT projects, with a proven track record of successful delivery.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment and managing remote teams is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Developing detailed project plans.
- Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Leading project teams, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Managing project budgets, resources, and timelines.
- Facilitating effective communication among team members, clients, and executive management, providing regular updates on project status and risks.
- Identifying potential issues early and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations, maintaining documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Fostering a collaborative team environment, encouraging innovation, and supporting professional development initiatives within your team.
