About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join a product engineering team developing and supporting modern digital services. This is a hands-on engineering role where you will work across the full technology stack, contributing to the design, development, testing, and ongoing support of web applications and digital services. You will work within a multidisciplinary product team and collaborate with product managers, business analysts, designers, testers, architects, and operational colleagues to deliver secure, accessible, and maintainable solutions. The role offers the opportunity to work with modern technologies including React, Next.js, TypeScript, C#,.NET, and Microsoft Azure.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain software across the full application stack, including front-end components, backend services, APIs, integrations, and data access.
  • Create secure, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
  • Develop secure and maintainable APIs and backend services with C# and .NET.
  • Deploy, operate, and support applications hosted in Microsoft Azure.
  • Work with cloud services, databases, source control, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous delivery and operational excellence.
  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code, participating in peer reviews, and contributing to engineering standards and best practices.
  • Develop automated tests at various levels, monitor application health using logging and monitoring tools, and support live services.
  • Engage actively in agile delivery activities, involving planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Proactively identify and communicate potential delivery risks and technical issues.
  • Leverage modern AI-assisted development tools to enhance coding, testing, debugging, and documentation workflows.
  • Collaborate with both technical and non-technical colleagues to understand requirements and develop practical solutions.
  • Share knowledge and support team members in resolving development and operational issues.

Qualifications

  • A pragmatic and collaborative software engineer with a minimum of three years of professional experience.
  • Strong practical knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
  • Solid experience with C# and .NET, including object-oriented design principles and web API development.
  • Experience working with relational databases and data access technologies such as Entity Framework Core.
  • Familiarity with deploying and supporting applications in Microsoft Azure.
  • Good understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, application security, and accessibility standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mentality, and the ability to work effectively within modern software development practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
