About The Role

The role offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and skilled professional to join Harvey Nash's dynamic team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, sourcing and screening top talent, and supporting the delivery of strategic recruitment projects. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the industry landscape. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure the successful placement of candidates. The role also involves leveraging innovative sourcing techniques, utilizing various digital platforms, and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet urgent and long-term staffing requirements.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and social media platforms for recruitment purposes is required. The candidate should also demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A proactive attitude, resilience, and a passion for connecting talent with opportunities are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS and other databases.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices to continuously improve sourcing and selection processes.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Harvey Nash as an employer of choice in the competitive talent market.
