About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership abilities, strong technical understanding, and exceptional communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholder expectations effectively. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects that have a significant impact on our clients’ digital transformation journeys.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in IT project management, ideally within a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master are highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a strong understanding of software development lifecycle and IT infrastructure. Prior experience working with diverse stakeholders and managing vendor relationships is also advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end management of IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and system administrators, to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Identify potential risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders regarding progress, changes, and challenges.
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage resource allocation, vendor relationships, and procurement processes as needed.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports and project documentation to senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing lessons learned for future initiatives.
