Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or digital consulting is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to analyze client needs and develop effective solutions. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and other relevant software tools is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. A proactive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous professional development are also important qualities for this position.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and expectations.
- Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop innovative recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, providing regular updates to clients, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Monitoring market trends and providing insights to enhance recruitment practices.
- Supporting the company's strategic objectives.
