We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a major digital transformation programme focused on the delivery and launch of a large-scale customer-facing website.

This is an opportunity to work within a collaborative team environment on a business-critical platform, supporting the final stages of delivery, go-live activities, and post-launch enhancements.

The successful candidate will have strong Node.js and Next.js experience, combined with a proven track record delivering customer-facing web solutions using Headless CMS architecture in live production environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js and Node.js.
  • Design, build and enhance backend services, APIs and integrations.
  • Support the delivery and launch of a large-scale customer-facing website.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test and production environments.
  • Support deployment, go-live and hypercare activities.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical best practice.
  • Ensure applications are secure, performant and maintainable.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
