Full Stack Developer

Location: London hybrid
Experience Required: 5+ years

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on coding skills in C#,.NET, and Angular. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional software development experience and be comfortable working across both backend and frontend development.

This role is especially suited to someone who is not only a strong developer, but also interested in helping us move toward AI-enabled implementation. We are looking for someone who can build reliable business applications today while also supporting the adoption of AI tools, automation, and intelligent features in our future development work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using C#,.NET, Angular, and TypeScript.
  • Build clean, scalable, and secure backend services using C# and.NET.
  • Develop responsive and maintainable frontend features using Angular.
  • Design, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and third-party services.
  • Work with databases to write queries, optimize performance, and support data-driven features.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and turn them into working software.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and ongoing application support.
  • Help identify opportunities to introduce AI, automation, and smarter workflows into existing systems.
  • Support the implementation of AI-assisted features, integrations, or tools where appropriate.
  • Stay current with emerging AI development tools and practical ways they can improve software delivery.
  • Follow best practices for clean code, security, testing, and maintainability.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong hands-on coding experience with C#,.NET, and ASP.NET Core.
  • Strong frontend development experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, software architecture, and design principles.
  • Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
  • Experience using Git and modern development workflows.
  • Ability to write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-structured code.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Interest in AI implementation, automation, and the use of AI tools in software development.

AI / Innovation Experience

The candidate does not need to be a data scientist, but should be interested in applying AI practically within software projects. Relevant experience may include:

  • Using AI coding assistants or development productivity tools.
  • Integrating AI APIs, chatbots, workflow automation, or intelligent search features.
  • Working with structured business data to support smarter application features.
  • Exploring practical use cases for AI within existing applications.
  • Understanding the basics of prompts, AI model integration, or automation tools.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
  • Experience with Azure AI, OpenAI APIs, or similar AI platforms.
  • Familiarity with Entity Framework.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Understanding of Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
