About The Role
We are looking for a motivated Full Stack Developer with solid experience in Laravel (PHP) and React (with Inertia.js) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about clean code, modern web technologies, and building user-friendly web applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain modern web applications using Laravel, React, and Inertia.js.
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate front-end components.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of PHP and Laravel framework.
- Experience with React.js (and ideally Inertia.js).
- Good understanding of MySQL or other relational databases.
- Familiarity with Git / version control systems.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, tailwind, bootstrap, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON.

Nice to Have / Plus Points
- Interest or experience with MERN/MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express, React/Angular, Node.js).
- Familiarity with TypeScript or Next.js.
- Knowledge about Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud hosting (AWS/GCP).
- Understanding of unit testing and best security practices in web applications.
