About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Recruitment Consultant. In this position, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for high-profile clients, sourcing and attracting top talent, and providing strategic guidance throughout the hiring lifecycle. Your primary focus will be on understanding client needs, developing effective sourcing strategies, and building strong relationships with candidates. You will play a key role in driving the growth of our client portfolio by delivering exceptional service and ensuring the successful placement of candidates in critical roles. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a consultancy or agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling senior-level roles and working with high-profile clients.
  • Additional certifications in recruitment or HR management will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned clients, including understanding client requirements, developing sourcing strategies, and conducting candidate assessments.
  • Source, attract, and engage top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and industry contacts.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong match with client needs and organizational culture.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews between clients and candidates, providing guidance and feedback to both parties.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients and candidates.
  • Prepare and present detailed candidate profiles, interview summaries, and recommendations to clients.
  • Negotiate offers and employment terms, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and best practices within the organization.
