Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the ATS.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate specifications.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview and offer process.
- Participate in industry events and networking activities to enhance the company's talent pool.
