Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential candidates and industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the ATS.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate specifications.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview and offer process.
  • Participate in industry events and networking activities to enhance the company's talent pool.
