About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to play a key role in the design, development, deployment, and support of modern digital products and services. This is a hands-on senior engineering position that combines deep technical expertise with architectural leadership, mentoring, and ownership of software delivery standards. The successful candidate will work within a collaborative Agile environment, taking responsibility for delivering scalable, secure, and highly reliable solutions across both front-end and back-end technologies. You will be instrumental in driving engineering best practices, championing automation and quality, and shaping the technical direction of digital platforms and customer-facing applications.

This role offers the opportunity to influence architecture, improve engineering capabilities across the team, and work closely with stakeholders from Product, Architecture, Security, and Operations to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs and technical excellence.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in full-stack development with proven experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions. Essential qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with front-end technologies such as React and TypeScript.
  • Proficiency in back-end development using .NET/C#.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture principles, API design, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and familiarity with DevOps practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical investigations and prototypes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Prior experience mentoring junior engineers and leading technical reviews is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for a broad range of tasks, including:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications and services using React, TypeScript, and .NET/C#.
  • Owning complex technical solutions from initial design through deployment and ongoing support.
  • Ensuring code is secure, scalable, and maintainable, following modern engineering practices.
  • Leading technical investigations, proof-of-concept activities, and prototyping efforts.
  • Collaborating with architecture teams to define service boundaries, API contracts, and data flows.
  • Driving adherence to modern software architecture principles such as modular design and domain-driven design.
  • Championing quality assurance through comprehensive testing strategies, including TDD and automation.
  • Implementing and improving CI/CD pipelines, release strategies, and deployment processes in cloud environments.
  • Monitoring operational health, managing incident resolutions, and ensuring system reliability.
  • Mentoring team members, conducting code reviews, and promoting best practices in engineering.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to communicate technical concepts and support strategic initiatives.
