About the Role

You will join an active, high-performing engineering team delivering bespoke, production-grade software applications for UK and European clients. You’ll be working within structured project environments alongside Tech Leads and Project Managers, taking direct ownership of full-stack features from initial scoping to production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Stack Feature Ownership: Design, build, and deliver end-to-end features using.NET Core, C#, React, TypeScript, and SQL Server.
  • AI-First Execution: Instinctively reach for modern AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT/Claude APIs) to accelerate prototyping, code generation, and problem-solving, while applying critical engineering judgment to ensure security and performance.
  • Cloud & DevOps: Deploy, maintain, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines within Microsoft Azure environments.
  • Architecture & Performance: Optimize database queries (SQL Server), write clean, maintainable code following SOLID principles, and design resilient REST APIs.
  • Client & Team Collaboration: Work autonomously in a remote setup, participating in sprint planning, technical estimations, and solution design discussions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
