About The Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled SC Cleared Senior Full Stack Developer to join our client's engineering team on a remote basis. This role is pivotal in supporting the development, enhancement, and operational stability of critical platform services. The successful candidate will act as a technical leader, guiding development efforts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring best practices are followed, and delivering high-quality solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex, business-critical systems within a dynamic environment, contributing to innovative cloud-based microservice architectures.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background with proven experience in full stack development, particularly within cloud environments. Essential qualifications include proficiency in C#,.NET, and JavaScript frameworks such as React and Vue.js. Candidates should have experience designing and implementing REST APIs and microservices, with a solid understanding of cloud platforms like AWS. Knowledge of DevOps practices, containerization tools like Docker, and CI/CD pipelines is also required. Additionally, familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, adherence to SOLID principles, and secure coding practices are essential. Prior experience leading development teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring engineers will be highly advantageous. Candidates must hold an active SC clearance to be eligible for this role.

Responsibilities
The Senior Full Stack Developer will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining scalable applications using C#,.NET, React, Vue.js, and REST APIs.
- Designing and implementing microservice-based solutions within cloud environments, ensuring robust, secure, and efficient system architecture.
- Leading the delivery of complex development packages, managing software change processes, and conducting thorough code reviews to uphold engineering standards.
- Supporting solution design and technical architecture decisions to align with business objectives.
- Developing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, fostering DevOps practices, and promoting automation.
- Mentoring junior developers, providing technical guidance, and facilitating knowledge sharing within Agile teams.
- Investigating and resolving intricate application and platform issues, supporting operational resilience, incident management, and continuous service improvement initiatives to ensure high system availability and performance.
