About The Role
We are seeking a talented and passionate Full Stack Software Developer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a global charity dedicated to animal welfare by developing innovative technological solutions that enhance connectivity and service delivery. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and engaging front-end interfaces. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in full stack development, with a strong foundation in modern web technologies. Essential qualifications include proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript, along with solid backend experience using Prisma ORM and SQL databases. Candidates should have demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, as well as familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting are crucial. A background in working on scalable, secure, and high-performance platforms will be highly valued. A passion for animal welfare and technology-driven solutions is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services utilizing Prisma ORM and SQL to ensure robust data management and system performance.
- Build reusable, efficient front-end components using React and Next.js to create engaging and responsive user interfaces.
- Develop and maintain secure, high-quality APIs to support both front-end applications and administrative systems.
- Translate UX/UI wireframes into fully responsive and functional user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.
- Implement measures to ensure data integrity, security, and optimal system performance across the platform.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define features, and develop technical specifications that align with project goals.
- Work autonomously within a remote-first team environment, delivering maintainable, high-quality code within project deadlines.
