Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our technology team.
This role is suited to a software engineer with extensive development experience, including Angular development and backend development using.NET Core/C#.
You will contribute to the design and delivery of software solutions, support technical decision-making, mentor colleagues and promote engineering best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain web applications using Angular and TypeScript.
- Build and enhance backend services and APIs using.NET Core and C#.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects and Engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Contribute to the development of scalable, secure and maintainable software applications.
- Support solution design, technical architecture and development standards.
- Write clean, tested and reusable code following engineering standards.
- Develop unit tests and support automated testing initiatives.
- Participate in peer code reviews and support junior and mid-level developers through knowledge sharing.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues across the application stack.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and backlog refinement.

Qualifications
Essential Skills & Experience
- Professional software development experience, including significant experience developing enterprise applications.
- Experience developing applications using Angular (Angular 12+) and TypeScript.
- Experience building enterprise-scale front-end applications.
- Backend development experience using.NET Core / C#.
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
- Understanding of software architecture, design patterns and development best practices.
- Experience working with SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
- Experience using source control systems such as Git.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or similar.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Experience writing unit and integration tests.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to technical delivery activities.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorisation technologies including SSO, OAuth, OpenID Connect and SAML.
- Experience with Power BI, data integration and ETL processes.
- Experience supporting data migration or modernisation initiatives.
- Awareness of AI-enabled applications, including LLMs and prompt engineering concepts.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience mentoring colleagues and contributing to communities of practice.
