About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital infrastructure. In this position, you will oversee the development, maintenance, and improvement of our websites, booking systems, mobile applications, and backend platforms. Your expertise will help elevate our online presence and operational efficiency, supporting the company's growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will be proficient in WordPress, Laravel, PHP, JavaScript, and Vue.js, with a passion for problem-solving and system optimization. You will work closely with the director and marketing team to identify opportunities for technological enhancements, implement solutions, and ensure seamless integration across various platforms. This role offers a unique opportunity to become an integral part of a forward-thinking organization, contributing directly to its success and innovation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in PHP development, including Laravel and WordPress
- Proficiency in WordPress development, including creating and managing editable backend/admin areas
- Experience with Laravel framework, Blade templating, and Forge
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, Stylus, Sass, and Tailwind CSS
- Solid understanding of MySQL and database management
- Proficiency in JavaScript, particularly Vue.js
- Experience with Git and GitHub for version control
- Hands-on experience with Linux server environments such as CentOS and Ubuntu
- Ability to troubleshoot server, hosting, security, and performance issues
- Experience in developing and supporting backend booking systems or similar internal platforms
- Knowledge of API integration and third-party platform connectivity
- Understanding of website security tools, including Cloudflare and security best practices

Additional beneficial experience includes familiarity with Apache Cordova, Capacitor.js, Electron, mobile app deployment, and integrations with communication systems like RingCentral, as well as operational software such as CRM and payment platforms.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, enhance, and develop company websites built on WordPress and Laravel frameworks
- Manage and improve backend booking systems and administrative interfaces
- Develop internal tools to streamline office and booking team operations
- Work with PHP, Laravel, WordPress, Vanilla PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and Vue.js to implement new features and fix bugs
- Enhance frontend interfaces using HTML, CSS, Sass, Stylus, and Tailwind CSS
- Troubleshoot technical issues, bugs, and errors across websites and applications
- Manage Linux server environments, including troubleshooting and optimizing server performance
- Address server, hosting, Cloudflare, security, and performance-related challenges
- Support app development, updates, and deployment to Apple’s App Store and Google Play
- Utilize Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development workflows
- Integrate booking systems with third-party platforms such as RingCentral and other operational tools
- Develop and improve API integrations to ensure seamless communication between systems
- Assist the wider team with IT solutions and technical support as needed
- Collaborate with the director and marketing manager to identify system improvements and implement practical solutions
