About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior / Lead Full Stack Developer to join our expanding team. This pivotal role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet client specifications and industry standards. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role, mentoring junior developers and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products and services. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on software development experience, demonstrating proficiency across both frontend and backend technologies. Proven experience in mentoring or leading junior engineers for at least 12 months is essential. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of modern UI principles, cloud infrastructure, and API integrations. Relevant qualifications include a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, though extensive practical experience can be considered in lieu of formal education. Strong communication skills and eligibility to work in the UK without restrictions are also required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications using ReactJS, Next.js, Node.js, and ASP.NET (C#).
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment, utilizing frameworks such as Jest and other testing tools.
- Develop and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring seamless integration with frontend components and third-party services.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes, including AWS, Github, Jira, and Confluence, to streamline deployment and operations.
- Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of all applications and systems.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall team productivity.
