Meet the Team

Core to the health and growth of Millennium’s business, the Information Technology organization develops flexible, scalable technology and advanced proprietary systems, including next-generation analytical and trading capabilities. Within this organization, the Treasury Technology team develops systems used by Treasury, Counterparty Risk, and Treasury Operations teams across the firm. Its platforms support Margin, Cash and Collateral Management, Treasury Operations, and Equity Finance for Treasury analysts, Front Office users, Portfolio Managers, and Senior Management.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with business stakeholders globally to understand business needs, define requirements, and deliver effective technology solutions
  • Develop and enhance Treasury applications that support critical Treasury, Counterparty Risk, and Treasury Operations processes
  • Own delivery timelines for Treasury applications and projects, coordinating priorities and dependencies across a global technology organization
  • Take end-to-end ownership of software systems throughout the application lifecycle, from design and development through deployment and ongoing support
  • Apply sound engineering practices to solve complex business problems in a fast-paced environment

What You Bring

  • At least five years of hands-on programming experience, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, service-oriented architecture, concurrency, and SOLID principles
  • Hands-on .NET development experience, including C# and ASP.NET Web API
  • Experience building web applications using Angular, Ember.js, or similar frameworks
  • Experience working with AWS or other cloud technologies
  • Recent experience owning one or more large software systems and managing the full application lifecycle
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and deliver in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with enterprise databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Sybase, or Oracle, as well as continuous delivery tools
  • Familiarity with capital markets concepts and operational structures; experience with Kubernetes, Kafka, and Python is a plus
