About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join a product engineering team developing and supporting modern digital services. This is a hands-on engineering role where you will work across the full technology stack, contributing to the design, development, testing, and ongoing support of web applications and digital services. You will work within a multidisciplinary product team and collaborate with product managers, business analysts, designers, testers, architects, and operational colleagues to deliver secure, accessible, and maintainable solutions. The role offers the opportunity to work with modern technologies including React, Next.js, TypeScript, C#,.NET, and Microsoft Azure.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a pragmatic and collaborative approach to software development, taking ownership of their work and demonstrating strong technical expertise. Candidates should possess a minimum of three years' professional experience in full-stack web application development and deployment. You should have a solid background in JavaScript or TypeScript, with practical experience in React and Next.js, or a willingness to develop your Next.js skills. Additionally, experience with C# and .NET, including object-oriented design and web API development, is essential. Familiarity with relational databases and data access technologies like Entity Framework Core is required. Experience working with Microsoft Azure services such as App Service, Functions, and Azure SQL is highly desirable. A good understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, application security, and accessibility standards is also necessary. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software across the full application stack, including front-end components, backend services, APIs, integrations, and data access layers.
- Create secure, accessible, and responsive user interfaces utilizing TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Develop and maintain secure, scalable APIs and backend services using C# and .NET frameworks.
- Deploy, operate, and support applications hosted within Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
- Work with cloud services, databases, source control systems, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and integration.
- Write clean, readable, testable, and maintainable code following best practices and engineering standards.
- Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to establishing and maintaining engineering standards and best practices.
- Develop and maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality.
- Utilize monitoring and logging tools to monitor application health and support live services effectively.
- Participate in agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify potential delivery risks and technical issues early, communicating them effectively to stakeholders.
- Leverage modern AI-assisted development tools to enhance coding, testing, debugging, and documentation workflows.
- Collaborate closely with technical and non-technical colleagues to understand requirements and develop practical, efficient solutions.
- Share knowledge within the team and support colleagues in resolving development and operational issues.
