Full-Stack Software Engineers, Backend & Frontend Developers. Remote AI Project
We are seeking experienced Full-Stack Software Engineers, Backend Engineers, Frontend Engineers, Application Developers, and Software Engineers to contribute to advanced AI training through realistic software development, debugging, architecture, and code-evaluation tasks.
You will work across complete application stacks, including browser applications, APIs, backend services, databases, authentication, integrations, infrastructure, and deployment, while reviewing and improving complex software solutions across multiple programming languages.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and modify frontend and backend application components
- Build user-facing features and the APIs, services, and data models that support them
- Debug issues across browsers, frontend applications, backend services, databases, and external integrations
- Trace requests and data through complete application workflows
- Work inside unfamiliar repositories and quickly understand existing architecture
- Diagnose authentication, authorization, persistence, networking, state-management, and deployment issues
- Review and improve software written in multiple programming languages
- Translate full software implementations from one programming language or technology stack into another
- Preserve functionality, behavior, architecture, and edge-case handling during code translation
- Review AI-generated code for correctness, completeness, performance, security, and maintainability
- Identify bugs, missing functionality, architectural weaknesses, and implementation shortcuts
- Refactor existing code while maintaining expected application behavior
- Create technically rigorous reference solutions and validation criteria
- Document technical decisions, assumptions, tradeoffs, and implementation details

Requirements
- Strong professional experience building and shipping production full-stack applications
- Meaningful hands-on experience with both frontend and backend engineering
- Production experience with multiple programming languages
- Strong understanding of browser applications, APIs, application state, databases, and service integrations
- Experience understanding and contributing to complete software architectures
- Ability to work effectively inside unfamiliar repositories
- Strong debugging and technical problem-solving skills
- Ability to trace failures across multiple application layers
- Experience reading and evaluating code written by other engineers
- Ability to reason about correctness, performance, security, and maintainability
- Strong written communication and technical documentation skills
- Ability to work independently on technically complex tasks
Preferred Background
- Senior-level full-stack engineering experience
- Experience owning complete features from UI through database
- Experience working across multiple programming languages
- Experience translating or migrating software between languages or frameworks
- Experience modernizing legacy applications
- Experience working with large or mature production codebases
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure
- Experience conducting rigorous code reviews
- Experience debugging production incidents
