We are currently hiring on behalf of a fast-growing Agentic AI company building AI-powered digital employees for enterprise organisations.
About the Client
Our client is building an enterprise-grade Agentic AI platform that enables organisations to automate complex workflows and repetitive tasks across functions. The platform works across enterprise applications and business processes, with AI agents handling real-world tasks at scale. The company is backed by leading global investors and is building production-grade AI systems for large enterprises worldwide.
The Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to build and deploy production-grade AI agents. This is a hands-on engineering role with exposure to the full product lifecycle, from understanding customer problems and designing solutions to building, evaluating, launching and improving AI-powered systems in production.

You will work closely with customers, product teams and other engineers while contributing to the core platform.
What You'll Do
- Design and ship production-grade AI agents and workflows
- Build scalable backend and full-stack systems using Python and Go
- Own features through discovery, development, evaluation, deployment and ongoing improvement
- Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their processes and technical requirements
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems and applications
- Design schemas, workflows and evaluation frameworks
- Identify recurring customer needs and help turn them into reusable platform capabilities
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams in a fast-moving environment
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience building and scaling production software
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals, including algorithms and data modelling
- Strong experience with Python, with exposure to Go highly desirable
- Experience building end-to-end production systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with ambiguous requirements
- A hands-on, ownership-driven approach to engineering
- Comfort working directly with customers and technical stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have
- Experience building or deploying LLM/GenAI systems in production
- Knowledge of AI agents, RAG, MCP or prompt engineering
- Experience integrating enterprise applications such as HRIS, ITSM or ERP platforms
- Experience with authentication and enterprise integrations
- Experience working with distributed teams or multi-tenant SaaS products
- Startup, founder or founding-engineer experience
