Responsibilities

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, organizational culture, and strategic objectives.
• Provide consultative guidance to clients and candidates on market trends, compensation, and career development opportunities.
• Negotiate job offers and employment terms, ensuring alignment with client expectations and candidate aspirations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's brand and expand the candidate pool.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve recruitment processes and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
