Founding Full Stack Engineer #2 | YC-backed Healthcare AI | London

£70,000-£90,000 + 2% equity (on current valuation worth £400K today)

Some engineers look back on a two-year period and point to it as the moment everything changed.

The company was small. The problem was hard. The team was exceptional. The equity turned into something real.

A VC-backed London team are offering this exact opportunity.

What they're building

Pharma and biotech companies spend $70 billion a year identifying and engaging the right doctors and researchers. Most of it still runs on consultants, spreadsheets, and manual compliance processes.

This startup have built an AI platform that replaces all of it - raising $2M on a $20M valuation in the process from YC and industry specific investors. They have multiple years of runway, enterprise contracts in place with many more in the pipeline.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Full Stack Engineer role:

You'll be working on an engineering problem that is hard but rewarding.

  • Billions of data points across heterogeneous source systems
  • Precision search at scale
  • Real-time compliance constraints built for one of the most regulated buyer environments in the world

The founding engineer (previously worked in GenAI labs) owns the data infrastructure and ML backbone. You own the product surface alongside him. The search experience, the analytics, the enterprise workflows, the integrations.

Beyond that, there is the opportunity to longterm progress into a technical leadership seat - the sky is the limit with this company.
