Fullstack Engineer (Python / React) - Financial Services - London - Contract

My client within the financial services space are seeking an experienced fullstack engineer to come in on a contract basis to help build an AWS-native platform for modern application delivery.

You will have:

  • Strong AWS application development and platform engineering experience, ideally supporting developer tooling, software delivery platforms, or cloud-native developer workflows.
  • Hands-on software engineering capability in Python/FastAPI and TypeScript/React, with experience building production APIs, web front ends, services, and tools used by engineering teams.
  • Experience building and enhancing platform capabilities, developer workflows, and control plane services in a cloud-native AWS environment.
  • Good knowledge of agentic practices, or even better, experience building agentic platforms.
