Full Stack Engineer
The Opportunity
We're working with a fast-moving organisation looking for a Full Stack Engineer who can own features end-to-end from UI design and user journeys through API contracts, business logic, data persistence and deployment. This isn't a siloed frontend-or-backend role; you'll work across a genuinely enterprise stack spanning Azure, Oracle and NVIDIA-enabled AI/GPU infrastructure, and directly with clients to turn ambiguous requirements into production-grade solutions.
What You'll Do
- Own features end-to-end: UI, API, business logic, data persistence, deployment and support
- Build modern, accessible interfaces (React, Vue or Angular with TypeScript) and connect them to robust backend APIs (Node.js/NestJS, Python/FastAPI, Java, Go or C#/.NET)
- Work directly with client/product teams to map workflows, translate ambiguous requirements into prototypes, and harden them into scalable production services
- Design and optimise relational data models across Oracle Database, Oracle Autonomous Database, Azure SQL and PostgreSQL
- Deploy and operate on Azure (App Service, Functions, AKS, Container Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault, Application Insights)
- Support AI-enabled workloads using NVIDIA GPU infrastructure, CUDA-aware services and containerised inference patterns
- Build APIs and UI flows that agentic AI systems can consume safely clear contracts, deterministic responses, audit logging
- Implement observability, resilience (retries, circuit breakers, graceful degradation) and full-stack testing (unit, integration, end-to-end)
- Run demos, gather feedback, troubleshoot live issues, and iterate with real users and stakeholders

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
