About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to presenting shortlisted candidates to clients. You will work closely with both clients and candidates to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and facilitate successful placements. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a deep understanding of the recruitment industry. Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field, with a proven track record of successful placements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Professional demeanor, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across different industries
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate suitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experience
- Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the company’s database
- Participate in business development activities to expand the company’s client portfolio
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process
