About The Role
Atomic is seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer (ML Ops) to join our dynamic team in London. This role is pivotal in developing and maintaining scalable fintech platforms that serve a diverse customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a particular focus on integrating machine learning operations into our systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize features that enhance user experience while ensuring robust performance and security. This position offers a hybrid work environment, combining in-office collaboration with remote work options, providing flexibility to balance productivity and work-life harmony.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in full-stack development with proficiency in Java and React.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including deployment, scaling, and security.
- Strong understanding of ML Ops practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and management.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure fintech platforms using Java, React, and AWS.
- Implement and optimize ML models within the production environment, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Automate deployment pipelines and monitor system health to ensure continuous delivery and operational excellence.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to best practices, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate innovative solutions to improve platform capabilities.
