Full Stack Founding Engineer
Location – London – Offices 5 days
Salary – Negotiable
My client is redefining how enterprises manage risk in an AI-driven world. As decisions and transactions shift to agents, traditional risk and trust workflows break; they’re slow, fragmented, and rebuilt from scratch every time. This team is replacing all of that with continuous, agent-powered intelligence.
They’ve gone from launch to seven-figure revenue in months, with multi-year contracts across finance, regulated tech, and healthcare. They’re hiring founding-team engineers who want to shape direction, ship fast, and earn meaningful pre-Series A upside.
The Ideal Fit
Either a senior full-stack engineer (6–7+ years’ experience) or an exceptional junior with clear raw talent who can own product features end-to-end.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The one absolute non-negotiable is an AI-first development mindset (using AI agents like Claude or Copilot to write the vast majority of your code).
Preferably a full-stack engineer with strong, well-reasoned opinions on product and architecture, and deep expertise in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
This is not just an employee hire; they are looking for an intellectual peer. The benchmark they use is “someone like Andrej Karpathy”: a deep technical thinker with clear views on AI and product, who communicates well and genuinely wants to build.
The environment here is high-energy, high-ownership, and focused on shipping.
Required
- Experience at a top AI lab (e.g., DeepMind) or a high-bar tech company (e.g., Google).
- A portfolio of impressive side projects, active personal repos, or even a failed startup.
- Proven experience shipping 0-to-1 products in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Published research, conference talks, or recognition such as an Emergent Ventures grant.
- Demonstrated experience building products that integrate with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) in production.
- A high degree of ownership and autonomy: an Engineer who thrives when given space to build.
