Who we are
ivee is building the platform that helps everyone actually adopt AI, the layer between powerful models and the people who need to use them. Consulting and upskilling services sit on top, so teams get the tech and the hands-on support to make it stick.
Our north star is simple: no-one should get left behind as AI changes the way we work. Our clients include Lucky Saint, Red Bull, and Deliveroo. We've been named the UK Government's primary AI upskilling events partner and have trained over 1,000 teams. We recently closed a $1M seed round backed by Steven Bartlett and partners at Microsoft AI, Balderton Capital, and Dawn Capital.
We move fast, operate with high ownership, and are led by co-founders Amelia Miller (Cambridge Fellow) and Lydia Miller (ex-Deloitte Ventures), both recently named Forbes 30 Under 30. We're building the infrastructure for how a billion people learn to work with AI, we're at the start and growing fast.
This is your opportunity to join us.
Why join now
- Real ownership: you'll make decisions that shape the platform, not just close tickets.
- Founder access: you'll work side by side with our co-founders and see how a scaling company runs from the inside.
- A say in the product, if you want it: join customer calls, help shape what we build and why, and get stuck into problems beyond the code.
- Room to grow: we promote based on output and delivery, not tenure.
- A team worth showing up for: sharp people who don’t take life too seriously.
The role
You'll own the engine room of the ivee platform: the API, the database, the cloud infrastructure and the integrations that hold it all together. You're a full stack engineer with a dev ops and infra focus. You'll work directly with our co-founders, make real architecture calls, and ship code that thousands of people use to learn and work with AI.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We're looking for a truly full stack engineer: someone with dev ops and infra experience who also has a real feel for UI and UX. That said, if you're strong on either the backend or the UI/UX side, we'd still love to meet you.
We're AI-first. We run Claude through AWS Bedrock in production, and we expect you to build with tools like Claude Code every day.
What you'll do
- Design, build and ship features in Python and FastAPI, from schema to endpoint to production
- Own our PostgreSQL data model on RDS: migrations, performance, integrity
- Run and improve our AWS setup in eu-west-2 (ECS Fargate, S3, CloudFront, ECR) with Terraform and Terragrunt
- Build and maintain integrations with Stripe, PostHog, SuperTokens and Claude on Bedrock
- Keep CI/CD sharp in GitHub Actions, with tag-based releases and automated checks (pytest, Playwright, Ruff, ESLint, Bandit)
- Jump into our React and TypeScript frontend and admin dashboard when a feature needs it
- Contribute to our desktop app, built with Electron and Swift
- Help shape how we build as the team grows
Must have
- 3-5 years fullstack experience, 2 years building production ready backend
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI (or a similar framework like Flask etc, and a willingness to switch)
- Desktop app experience with Electron and Swift (or similar native tooling, or React or any native desktop app experience)
- Real experience running services on AWS, ideally ECS, S3, CloudFront, ECR and RDS
- Docker as second nature
- Time at a startup, where you owned problems end to end
- An AI-first way of working, with the judgement to know when to trust the output and when to test it harder

Nice to have
- Terraform and Terragrunt
- SuperTokens or another auth provider
- Stripe and PostHog integrations
- React, TypeScript and Vite
- LLMs in production, especially through Bedrock
- Strong PostgreSQL skills: data modelling, query tuning, migrations
- UI/UX experience, with an eye for layout, spacing and interaction detail
Our benefits
- Regular team socials
- Dog friendly co-working space with barista and gym
- Pension scheme
- 25 days annual leave + UK bank holidays
- Your birthday off
- Working from abroad allowance (starting at 1 week per year)
- Unlimited AI credit allowance and AI tool experimentation
If you match around 70% of the things listed above, we'd still love to hear from you. We're far more interested in finding someone with a great mindset and a genuine willingness to learn than someone who already has every one of these skills.
