Mid-Level Full Stack Engineer | Start-Up | London
A genuinely exciting high-growth start-up is hiring a Mid-Level Full Stack Engineer to join a small, ambitious team building in a unique and highly underserved space.
The company already has a strong established customer base, so you’ll be joining a product that’s gaining real traction, with a huge amount still left to build.
This is a role for someone who wants more than just writing tickets. Engineers have real ownership over problems, working directly with customers and the wider business to decide what to build, then taking it from idea to production.

What You’ll Do
- Build across TypeScript, React and Python
- Own features end-to-end from discovery through to launch
- Work closely with customers, founders and product
- Use AI to solve problems that previously weren’t possible
- Help shape the product and engineering direction as the company scales

About You
- Mid-level Full Stack Engineer with strong commercial experience
- Confident across frontend and backend development
- Product-minded, proactive and comfortable with ambiguity
- Enjoys taking ownership rather than waiting for requirements
- Curious about AI and modern engineering tools
